Client Responsibilities:

• Attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable notice for cancellations

Payment Processing:

• Payment schedules are established in individual service agreements

• Services are not rendered until payment arrangements are confirmed

Refund Policy:

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in session fees being charged

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing
